Our Preliminary Turkey Visa Application in Qatar welcomes the application for a visa in line with the requirements and specifications of the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in Qatar. The Embassy/Consulate makes the decisions, and the time our Turkish Visa Application centre processes the applications or the outcome has no effect.

All applicants are required to make an appearance at the Application Centre because the Turkey Visa Application involves the biometric enrolment (fingerprint collection ). But when the applicant is below the age of 8 years, Biometric enrolment is not applied.
The Syrian citizens in any status are required to submit their applications physically in our visa application offices.
Applications should be done 90 days before the date of travel.
The visa application is done at our application centres, with all payments, including visa fees, being made in cash.
Required Documentation for Touristic Visa
Important: All documentation must have English versions.
1. Passport
The candidate is required to bring the original passport that should have a minimum of 6 months’ validity period upon arrival in Turkiye.
To be eligible to apply, the passport should have at least two blank pages.
The requirement is copies of the present passport (photo page and all used pages) and copies of previous passports with any previously issued visas and personal identification.
2. Biometric Photographs
Two (2) recent biometric photographs, which have a white background with 5×6 cm in size, taken not more than 6 months ago.
3. Valid Residency in Qatar
The applicant should have a sufficient period of time in his or her Qatar residence permit (not fewer than 3 months) by the time of application.
An original residence permit and its copy have to be presented along with the submission.
4. Travel Itinerary and Supporting Documents
Records of verifying travel method of choice, e.g.:
- Round-trip ticket reservations, or
- Documentation of vehicles (persons arriving by means of cars): there shall be vehicle registration, driver’s license, and valid insurance.
- Providing paid tickets rather than reservation confirmations is strongly advised against in the process of obtaining the visa.
5. Accommodation Information
Confirmation of the hotel reservation for the whole period according to what is planned to spend in Turkiye. Dates should be the same as those in the flight booking.
In case the applicant possesses a valid tenancy contract, it can be submitted instead of a hotel booking.
When it comes to staying with a host (family/friend):
- A letter written by the host stating full name, address, contact information, and the fact that the host will be covering the expenses of the applicant should include a notarised letter.
- An invitation must be accompanied by a copy of the host Turkish identification card or other residence permit.
6. Employment Documentation
1: If an Employee:
The employment letter should be original and should be addressed to the Turkish Embassy or should be addressed to whom it may concern.
The job title, monthly salary and length of employment of the applicant should be written clearly in the letter. It should be printed on company letterheads and carry the original stamp and signature of the company.
Electronic signatures or e-stamps will not be taken into consideration. The letter has to be dated not older than 30 days ago.
The employment letter should be signed by a representative who should use their name on the Establishment Card of the company. Also, a copy of the valid Commercial Registration (CR) and a copy of the Establishment Card of the company.
In case of cash salary pay, this should be clearly stated in the letter of employment, and the candidate is also required to show three months of salary receipts, which are stamped and signed by the company.
2: For Business Owners:
Original documents of company registration.
A company employment letter that shows the position held by an applicant, the percentage ownership and the nature of the business.
The past 6 months’ company bank statements with signatures and stamps on them.
3: For Retired Individuals:
Early retirement records.
Evidence of the most recent pension payment.
If Sponsored by a First-Degree Relative:
All financial and employment papers of the sponsor.
The sponsor Qatar ID (QID) and the passport copy.
The sponsor should be countersigned to affirm that they will be assuming all costs.
7. Financial Documentation
A complete statement of your bank account over the last 3 or 4 months (whichever are your salary payment dates) is needed. Out of which there must be three transactions, as Salary credit, the balance should reflect at least QAR 10,000 in the statement.
Please note: Statements done digitally stamped or electronically signed will not be accepted. The issuing bank is supposed to stamp and sign its bank statement physically. Further, the statement should not be submitted more than 10days after submission.
If applicable:
Applicants who possess a savings account, transactions will be recorded.
Any bank statements or records of property in Turkiye ownership, provided there are some in Turkish banks.
8. Documentation for Minor Applicants (Under 18 Years)
All the above-mentioned documents should also be provided to those who apply to be minors.
In addition to the documents mentioned above, the following documents are needed depending on the application scenario:
- In case the child is applying by him or herself: NOC (No Objection Certificate) by both parents.
- In cases where there can be only one parent applying with the child, NOC of the non-accompanying parent.
- In case of the death of one of the parents: Document original or certified death certificate.
- In case the parents are divorced, they need to supply a custody letter from the legal guardian or both parents need to supply a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with copies of their QID and passport. Signatures provided by the documents should correspond to the signatures indicated on the corresponding IDs.
9. Letter of Purpose (Cover Letter)
A personal statement signed and written in English or Turkish, with details expounded:
- The travelling objective.
- Length of stay.
- Hotel and transport information.
- Any additional information that may go in support of the application.
